Sarah MonchSarah completed a BAppSc(OT) in 2000 and then a MAppSc(OT) in 2004, focusing on pediatrics. She is certified in the Southern California Sensory Integration Test. She has worked solely in the pediatric field and has extensive experience with a wide range of children's issues from disability to learning difficulties. She has presented papers at conferences including: Early Childhood Intervention Australia, NSW Chapter(ECIA-NSW); Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy on Developmental Disabilities(SPOT in DD); and Biannual Autism Research Australia Conference. She has completed casual work with the Occupational Therapy School at Sydney University. She is up to date on current research in the field attending regular conferences, workshops and training events including: The World Federation of Occupational Therapy Conference (WFOT); DIR®-Floortime (Greenspan & Weider); Winnie Dunn Sensory Profile; Wilbargers - Sensory Defensiveness; and Hanen® - More Than Words. Sarah is also a Certified Infant Massage Trainer (CIMI) and is registered with the International Association of Infant Massage. |
